I always loved the film The Last Unicorn as a child. Though that's perhaps better for when she is a little older.

Dinosaurs? My brother approached being dinosaur obsessed in a very fannish way, and the Land Before Time series is decent, though she'll probably have to fast forward through a few scenes in the first/best movie. I think he was six when he moved into the dinosaur documentaries and there were two he wanted to watch every day. I think I can still recite some of it from memory.

Muppets are very easily fannishable, and have enough jokes aimed at adults to keep you from sporking your eyes out the twentieth time you re-watch Muppet Treasure Island or The Great Muppet Caper.

Erm, what else. I was kindergarten through early grade school obsessed with Star Trek TNG, and aside from the Borg and a few episodes with the Cardassians the scary stuff goes over a kid's head. I also loved Reading Rainbow, and the episode where Levar Burton took everyone on a tour of the Enterprise set was my six-year-old's fannish worlds colliding in a moment of pure squee before I knew what squee was.

Oh man I LOVED Oz when I was a kid. And...now. Maybe she'd be into some of the later books, too, when she gets a little older? My favorites were The Marvelous Land of Oz (our protagonist, adventurous boy Tip, is *spoiler* secretly the lost princess of Oz!) (but it doesn't have Dorothy in it) and The Emerald City of Oz (which came about midway through the series and features Aunt Em and Uncle Henry moving to Oz with Dorothy to stay forever) (so Hypatia's fanfic basically became canon). <3

I'm not sure I can recommend it for all toddlers, but Puplet is a huge Godzilla geek now. We only watch the monster fights, but there's a huge group of Godzilla fans on YouTube who make videos with their monster toys. He's starting to really get into that himself. I'm hoping to help him film his first one soon.

I would be so happy if my kid was fannish... I suppose there is always Disney - Little Mermaid, maybe? Pocahontas? I dunno, I'm loath to promote such a behemoth. How about Narnia - avoiding the scary parts of course.
