Happy Love Day to All! Hubby and I started celecrating Friday night. I cooked (yes, I fell off the Vegan Wagon Friday, but it was so worth it) wild caught Salmon from Whole Foods. I bought the most beautiful piece of Salmon(not sockeye - I really don't like the texture of sockeye) and I topped it with two types of French Feta - Goat and Sheepsmilk
