I love my brown rice concoctions.

Last night "A" and I went to this great new 'trendy' restaurant called Buku www.bukuraleigh.com.

The food was AWESOME and we even had dessert because the prices were amazing!

It is a sustainable organic hot spot with live Jazz music. They even have my favorite organic "Rain" vodka :)

When I was vegetarian I blamed cheese for my inability to loose weight.

Now I blame Falafel. Damn vegan food :P

*sigh*

Last night's dinner came out really good.

We opened a bottle of Chardonnay, sliced some tomatoes and drizzled a blood-orange balsamic glaze on them and took out some crackers as an appetizer.
