My hands are hurting me from arthritis or computer use or something. But I wanted to post an entry. My class has come to an end and it was a good time. I think I did well for my first lecture and look forward to future teaching. I hope to get some reading done during my break, but at the same time I need to prepare for the next semester. I had a wonderful party today commemorating the graduation of me and my friends. There was good Mediterranean food, and some sports, and a pinata. It was great. I am tired after the clean up and such. Tomorrow I have a party for my group mate who is graduating and then the commencement. I am excited.

Last week I was able to finally get my thesis printed at the printers. I had to go and collate the color and B/W pages for the binding process. I selected a nice antique red cover. I think it will look nice. I had three copies made for my parents (one for Dad and Sharon the other for Mom and Don) and my adviser. They should be ready in a month ( Read more... )

My week went well, I suppose. My friend defended his thesis and then we celebrated. I tried the Ariel Champagne and it wasn't that good, but that, to me, was because it was like the real champagne that didn't taste good. I have been meaning to post a journal entry for awhile now. So, I tried the Ariel Merlot, and it was fine. A very nice taste, different than regular grape juice and no burning sensation of alcohol. This weekend was a good one. On Saturday I had a brunch with some friends from a few Christian gatherings that meet similarly to ours in the surrounding areas. We ate then discussed the watchman of Ezekiel 33. It was a good time. Afterward, I went with one of them which is closer to my age, and he had some lunch, and continued our conversation. Well, Mondays class went... well, it went. It is definitely a nonstop time with this research project they have to do. It is also difficult to grade when the assignment is not your own, so you aren't sure what the other instructor expected or would prefer to mark off points for. I had vivid dreams last night. I cannot remember the order, but they were varied. At one point I was in a mall and my friends had ordered food, and I wanted some Ramen but it was a long line, but a girl who was in line ordered me a bowl. And I was told she liked me.
