Checkmate in two ingredients

This weekend was a good one. On Saturday I had a brunch with some friends from a few Christian gatherings that meet similarly to ours in the surrounding areas. We ate then discussed the watchman of Ezekiel 33. It was a good time. Afterward, I went with one of them which is closer to my age, and he had some lunch, and continued our conversation. That evening was the party for my undergraduate alumni. I stayed late, but it can be disconcerting because I do not enjoy the taste of alcohol but I also find it odd to enjoy massive amounts of it knowing of its inebriating effects. Sunday, I went to visit my grandmother with my mom. We played Bingo because it happened and my grandma loves it. Afterward, I went to lunch with my mom, and then went to Bevmo and purchased an Ariel Merlot. I haven't had it yet, because I want to be able to refrigerate it after opening.

I received two new Chess books in the mail. Chess Tactics for Champions and Studying Chess Made Easy. I am really digging the later. It isn't a program or a one stop solution. It merely suggests some ways to not make studying chess a horrible thing that you dread, and to best optimize your time. Essential sharing some things the author discovered.

Class went well today. It is coming to a close. Soon I need to start preparing for my summer class. When I arrived home today, I ate some food that my dad had prepared from left overs and I began steaming some vegetables. After walking the dogs with my dad, I then proceeded to cook the veggies Indian style. This time I tried two other ingredients: Coriander powder, and black mustard seed. Also, I took a few sprinkles of red chili flakes from those pizza packets they give you. My dad has saved tons of them. That seemed to have made a great improvement over the last time.

teaching, life, food, chess, reading, fun stuff
