Watch out for snakes.
Last week I was able to finally get my thesis printed at the printers. I had to go and collate the color and B/W pages for the binding process. I selected a nice antique red cover. I think it will look nice. I had three copies made for my parents (one for Dad and Sharon the other for Mom and Don) and my adviser. They should be ready in a month.
A friend of mine was going to a Chemistry conference this weekend, so I was helping him Friday with preparations. He wanted to make resumes for a Career center that the conference was hosting and we wanted to print business cards to hand out. He wanted them perfect, but doing it the day before the flight wasn't enough time for perfect. I wonder if I should make business cards; however, I do not really have a place of employment so I feel a little awkward about it.
The adviser of a friend who just defend, through a party for him and another group mate of his who graduated this year. I was invited. I enjoyed the meal. It was very good Chinese food. Spicy fish, beef, cold noodles with carrots, tea eggs, etc.
