Neither do I. But you have to admit that J.K. has definitely set the stage for that to happen.

Me and petulans agree with the Harry being a Horcrux thing, but we came up with a theory in which he did not HAVE to die at the end - based on the fact that love appears to be incompatible with Voldemort, and that by trying to kill himself, to kill off that last part of Voldemort in himself, which Harry does out of love, he actually ends up removing the part of Voldie's soul instead, and stays alive.

Although we both agree there is a frightening risk that somehow Ginny's deep and t00by love for Harry will save the day. Because, nothing against JKR or anything, but she just writes romance like that.

*claps* That was a very good analysis on the theme of love in HP. (Yeah, I know I give crappy reviews, but I HAD to say something.)

Thank you for sharing that. :D

It was my pleasure. I know that I do a lot of parodies, but it is nice to mix that up with more intelligent analysis from time to time.

Excellent analysis. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels that Snape did what he did out of love and being on the "good" side.

We have to wait, what... 2-3 more years to find out? ;_; AUGH!!!!

Yeah, after I thought long and hard about it, it seemed obvious to me that this "betrayal" in Book 6 was not really the case.

Very good analysis. Good points. I agree with most of them, but I am hoping that JKR won't kill Harry at the end. If he IS the seventh horcrux, I don't see how he can live, if destroying two of them killed Dumbledore, "the greatest wizard of the time". *sigh* Don't let Harry die, Jo.

I know she has said she won't discuss her religeous beliefs as then people will be able to work out what's coming, and I really, really hope you are not correct in your final paragraphs. It would be too cruel. I'm banking on her not killing him. I really won't enjoy the final book if she does. I think Snape will die instead, to save him, and so redeem himself. That I can live with.

*rubs hands with glee* We've got three years of this before we know the answers. Great, isn't it!

Thanks. I do believe my Horcrux theory. While it is just a theory, it does make a lot of sense - after all, Voldemort left part of him inside Harry when he gave Harry that scar.

But we have another 2-3 years to wait and find out!

Wonderful analysis. But didn't JKR say that Harry was going to survive, or something along those lines?

I really hope those last three paragraphs aren't correct. *sob*

Thank you. I'm not sure, but I doubt that she would ever say that one way or another, since it would give too much of Book 7 away.

I suppose that you're right, I don't think she'd do that. But after I forgave Former!CAPSLOCK!Harry for being a royal biyotch in OotP and redeeming himself in HBP, I really don't want him offed.
