Yay niece Elena who turned 8 months old on Thursday :) we exchanged singing and raspberries while ostensibly talking with her Mum for some time yesterday. Lovely. Also spent 10 whole minutes on phone with Mum - couldn't get a word in! she's firing along on all cylinders and completely comprehensible most of the time.
