Hard to say, really?
I play a Scrabble type game on Facebook. Each time you log in, it gives you a greeting in a different language (like Flickr), which is very cool. Tonight, I got this:
Boozhoo is Ojibwe for a formal greeting and its origin is North America with the Aboriginal People before European Contact.

How embarrassing!
I just saw a commercial for something Jay Leno is doing. He showed a woman who looked to be in her early 20s a picture of the wreck of the Hindenburg and asked, "Can you identify this picture?" She said, "It's the wreck of the Titanic." I am really, truly embarrassed on behalf of our entire culture and educational system. -
Homecoming
Have any of you been following the story of Laura Ling and Euna Lee? Bill Clinton arrived in North Korea today and has arranged to get them freed. The man really does know how to deal with people.

Dentist Report
Nothing exciting to report. They took x-rays and did and exam and discovered that the infection had destroyed too much of the root, so I have to go to the oral surgeon next Wednesday and have the tooth removed. Bleah. I have to take antibiotics in the meantime. And plenty of Aleve. They offered me a prescription for pain killers, but since ( Read more... ) -

I do not like going to the dentist. I have an irrational anxiety about it. For several years I used not having insurance as an excuse to avoid going. Now I have insurance, but I've managed to come up with other excuses over the past three years to not go except once two years ago when I had a broken tooth.
