The past few days have been kicking my ass hard. In addition to the computer problems (which should be resolved in the next few days), there are weather problems. Cold is by far the most noticable of bads for the FMS, because muscles tighten up and pain levels elevate. Hot and humid, though, can come in a close second; especially in the city. · Headache all day. Went out to get food, and it got worse (not from the food, started getting worse before we got to the restaurant). Continued getting worse. Probably shouldn't have driven home, but didn't have much choice. Headache (migraine?) + light sensitivity + highlights of oncoming traffic = bad.
