I do, however, like the ideas of:
- Eating seasonally, locally, and on-salely foods
- Making less trips to the grocery store
- Saving money
- Eating more healthily
- Using what's already in my fridge/pantry instead of throwing it away when it goes bad and buying more

sprinkle with: kosher salt, paprika, brown sugar, pepper and garlic powder (a Tablespoon each or so). Spices can go inside, too.
About an inch or two of beer in the bottom makes a great juice to pour over the chicken for serving, too.

I love the idea of making menus and Reggie's always wanting to do it (actually, wanting ME to do it) but we never get it done. :)
