so, i finally came out to the deacon and his wife today. and if you were wondering exactly what the most awkward situation in the world could ever be, you now know the answer.

it just ocurred to me: do i need to find a date for chris and gabis wedding, or are james or biscuit still available to take me? or do they have weird bridesmaid dates since i imagine theyre standing up? let me know, cause if i have to find a date, i should get on that.

well, thats it kids, as of yesterday i officially have a bachelors of the arts!  well, i mean, i dont exactly have it, and wont for another 6 moths or so, but still: NO MORE CLASSES FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!  hooray!

its funny, but the dead of winter in chile is a lot like springtime in michigan. its good cause i wont be all fucked up season-wise when i get home - right now its the end of classes in chile and it feels about the same weather-wise as the end of classes has always felt. sometimes chilly and grey and rainy, but in the solid 50s most of the time ( Read more... )
