IT ARE MAH BURFDAY (sort of)
In a fit of Essay!of!Doom avoidance late last night early this morning, I wrote and posted a drabble. I only realised just now that OMG, today's November 30th! I've now been (registered) on fanfiction.net for exactly 5 years. *feels old*
The birthday-themed fic I was planning will have to wait another year, I guess. More like another three years. -

My French teacher didn't want to start teaching a new unit on the last class before a break, so she gave us a creative assignment. We were to write from the perspective of an object without actually describing the object, all the while not lifting our pens from the paper. This feels surreal. I still can’t believe it’s all over.
I’m waiting for all the theorists (especially Red Hen, whom I worship) to start posting about being right and/or wrong. Hasn’t happened yet, though I guess 36+ hours isn’t long enough.
