  So it looks as if I'll be leaving Michigan soon.  A college classmate of mine invited me to move in w/ her and her family down in Tennessee/Kentucky area so that I could look for work.  I took her up on the offer and we leave in 5 weeks or so.

a graduate of Siena Heights University! As of May 3, 2009, I have my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.   I made it through my first week!  The consumers are awesome, the staff is great...it's been a real "up" week for me.  Not in the "I'm so up I'm manic" way either.  I really do feel good about this job.  The consumers make me smile every day I see them. :-)  The staff helps me out as much as possible which is making the transition back to work ( Read more... )

 I'm excited!  I think I got the job!

Monday I have a physical, drug screen, and TB test.  Wednesday I have to go have the TB test results read.  Thursday I have orientation.  After orientation I have to call the care home and set up my training dates....

I hope everything goes well and that this means I'll have the job.  Cross your fingers
