Therapy and other things

So CMH denied the referral.  This means they won't pay for my therapy.  They'll still pay for my medication visits, but not for me to see my therapist (which is what my pdoc originally wanted).

That completely sucked until my therapist said she would do a sliding scale...only $10.00 per session!  Plus, my mom said she'd pay for it for me which is awesome since I'm unemployed and money is in short supply.

I have an amazing therapist.  I can only hope to be as good of a therapist myself someday.  So, to make a long story short, I get to resume sessions which I probably need pretty badly at this point.

On another note, we're in Wisconsin this week visiting with Ben's sister and her family (husband and baby daughter).  It's been a blast hanging out with everyone.  The baby is so cute!  She smiles, giggles, and coos all the time.  I spend most of my time playing with her which, of course, I don't mind at all.  Give me a few years and I'll want one of my own. :-)

Job-wise, I'm waiting for unemployment to decide if I'm eligible for the extension.  God, I hope so!  I need the money.  I talked to Dr. Lindstrom about the dismal economy up here and he made me feel a lot better about the position I'm in.  He even gave me a hug (like most visits).

Let's see...what else?  I've moved again.  We're back living in Adrian with a couple friends of ours.  We had been living with one of Ben's best friends and his parents and little sister.  Then things got complicated so we just moved last week.  One of the guys is a psych. major which is awesome 'cause we talk psych. and shit all the time.  He's really pretty cool.  Both of them are.  I gotta say that moving sucks though.

It's been an eventful month or so.  I see my pdoc next week.  My meds seem to be working (*knocks on wood*) which is great.  Now if only the rest of my life would straighten itself out, things would be just great. :-)
