When asked what type of diapers I use I proudly say cloth!  There was no question that we'd use cloth diapers with our baby because I use cloth menstrual pads.  Why would I use cloth for me and not for my baby?  They are healthier for the baby and for the environment.  Yes, they are a little bit more work but I think the benefits out-weight the ( Read more... )

Before having a baby I had no idea of the tremendously large amount of clothing that such a tiny person would need!  Dominic averages 2 outfits a day and frequently has days that include 4-5 changes of clothes.  Most of this is caused by his lack of control over his bodily functions but still it's a lot of laundry for someone so small ( Read more... )

We had our 24 week check up yesterday for the baby!  Everything is going well and the heart beat is getting stronger and loud at each visit.  The baby is moving and kicking all the time now and it's getting much stronger.  Sometimes the kicks hurt now (especially when it kicks up into my ribs!).  The appointments have gotten boring now - nothing ( Read more... )
