Marching band seems to be going okay. The freshmen are picking up marching way fast, which is excellent. They're really good kids, and I'm happy about that. And, the ones who were having trouble are trying extra hard to get it, and that's pretty impressive. I'm really proud of them all. :] All the older kids are being really cooperative as well. So, today was pretty much my LAST DAY of junior year! That is both scary and exciting. While now I can get away from teachers/people I don't really like, I also have to face scary things like COLLEGE APPLICATIONS and JOBS and SCHOLARSHIPS.. and summer reading. Yeah. Every day just keeps getting a little bit worse.

Well, my whole future in band is determined tomorrow. Whether or not I move up or down in band.. whether or not I become section leader.. My hopes, goals, and dreams are either achieved or they come crashing down around my feet. And, I'm really going to miss Mr. Chavis. We took my mom to the Cheesecake Factory for Mother's Day today. (We didn't want to deal with all the people tomorrow.) I have to admit, the food wasn't that great.
