The condo is officially mine. That part seemed amazingly easy, although I'm not sure if I signed future generations away or not. :-D The walkthrough revealed that even though I can't see color too well, the husband and wife who built it and sold it to me loved the combo of midnight blue carpet and room-darkening black mini-blinds. What a wonderful day! Surrounded by memories of being with my dearest family and enjoying great food and great conversations, I am thankful for each one of you and love you dearly!

Yep, I did it! I signed the contract on the condo this morning. Talk about shaky nerves. For a person who has spent all of her life in perpetual motion, hopping from one place and job to another, this is perhaps the scariest thing I've ever done.
