Tonight, the longest stretch of sleep I've had has been 90 minutes. Then a foot cramp, or pain in my hip, knee, or shoulder wakes me up. This is not working for me.

Tonight I was window shopping on Dancing With the Stars. I want Cheryl Burke's shoes, and Priscilla Presley's dress. Although, I think I'd like the dress in a different color, and something other than cheetah print. All right. My leg is starting to hurt, so I need to decide which painkiller to take. Since I'm home, and have nothing I need to do this evening, I could just take Vicodin. Except, I kind of have a headache, and Vicodin tends to give me a headache (which is a totally unfair thing for painkillers to do), so I don't want to make it worse ( Read more... )

Today, I am supposed to be grading papers, but here is the plan my brain had created: From 9-11, watch High School Reunion, which is my latest reality tv obsession. I had a TiVo/DVR problem this evening. I wanted to watch Big Brother, but I was downstairs, where the dual tuner DVR was recording American Idol and Dancing With the Stars. Today after school, I went over to the doctors' office to get the results of my PET scan. The tumor in my lung is smaller, and less active, which is all good news. Although, it's not much smaller, so the doctor wants to switch up my chemo again.
