Being the headmaster's son had some benefits, but not as many as some peopel seemed to believe he had. Still, Tamaki did have a room for himself, mostly because he was the lone male Gryffindor in sixth year.

Which was, perhaps, what gave him the idea about starting a club to cheer up and entertain his friends. And he had many friends! The lovely Hufflepuffs and the charming Ravenclaws and he had even managed a smile or two from some of the Slytherin girls (... or smirks, but that was almost a smile, so they counted!). Of course he was busy with his prefect duties, but making sure all his classmates were fully enjoying their youth was just another part of his duties!

So, whistling, he went to search for Kyouya to tell him his absolutely fabulous idea.

(Kyouya (prefect) and Kaoru are in Slytherin, Tamaki, Hikaru and Mori are in Gryffindor, Hani is in Hufflepuff. Haruhi starts going during her fifth year and goes into Hufflepuff, although the Hat dispairs a bit about her apathy about where to go for a while)

THe first day is always crazy. Oruha laughs and hugs and kisses all the new little puffies, sending them to bed because it's goin to be a crazy day. She shakes her head a bit, fond and already liking most of them

Nah, go ahead! I'm already stealing it from two friends.

The thing is that he always knew about it. The magic thing. It's hard to ignore it when your mum will tell you how when you were nothing but a babe you used to magic your diaper away. His mum is really fond of that story. It's just as good that she only tells it to HIM.

But it's still completely different to learn that there's a whole SCHOOL for people like him. That he's not a freak. Or, well, perhaps he's a freak but not the ONLY freak. He's bouncing from the walls everyday after professor Gaius shows himself at their flat in Cardiff to explain everything, and he doesn't stop bouncing 'til he's at the Hogwarts Express.

And then... well. He mets Gwen, this really lovely girl from London who has the prettiest smile he has EVER seen EVER and she's also a firstie like he is and then while they're eating the sandwiches his mum put and the cookies Gwen did they also meet this really pretty Slytherin girl who grins at them in a really fantastic way and wishes them good luck, and

Oh, these were both so wonderful. The Merlin one! So brilliant. Morgana in Slytherin, Arthur, adorable Gwen and Headmaster dragon and Minister of Magic Uther (lol) and all that happens during the first day. I love the way you wrote this, so, so much!

And then the Axel one! *bounces* Of course Larxene dared him. And I kind of love that you included SitS Merlin in this. His messy office and the cookies, and I can totally see that scene playing out. I ♥ you.

I'll probably end up writing a longer version of the Merlin one since I love love LOVE Hogwarts crossovers or Hogwarts AUs with these guys. So many possibilities!

I probably should've put Yen Sid as Headmaster, b-but I'd rather have SitS Merlin. Yen Sid is scary.

"We're going to be late" Kouya hisses, half glaring, blushing. It's one of Yamato's favorite looks on Kouya, so it really is her own fault when she presses her closer, arms around her waist, leaning in for a kiss that Kouya might grumble about, but she kisses back so, whatever.

"Of course we're not," Yamato says, even though she really doesn't care. Of course, Nagisa will give her detention again and if she loses more points for Slytherin Yamato really is going to have to start making something to win them back, perish the thought, but there are more important things in her mind right now. Like the subtle pout of Kouya's mouth, or the way her Ravenclaw tie is perfectly done, every button of her shirt done, hiding the white line of Kouya's neck and that's a blasphemy as far as Yamato's concerned
