But, as she turns around to make sure that there is nothing they forgot - because, if there's something her six previous years at Hogwarts have taught her, is that most puffies tend to have their heads at the clouds, daydreaming and happy, which is a blessing on itself.
But instead of a discarded scarf of candy, Oruha finds that there's this tiny, pale, almost ghostly girl who stayed behind. She's curled over one of the couches by the window, arms wrapped around her legs. She thinks for a moment... Suu, she thinks. That's the name the Deputy Headmaster called.
"Hello, sweetheart," she says as she approaches, hoping she won't scare the girl. But the firstie just turns towards her, blinking slowly, huge green eyes looking so very sad and alone that she can't resist sitting near her. "Are you feeling homesick? We could write a letter to your mum and dad, let them know how your first hours at Howarts have been."
Suu blinks again before she shrugs. "I don't have any parents. It's just me."
Which breaks Oruha's heart in a million pieces, because Suu is merely saying that, not complaining, not sounding sad, even, as if she was used to being alone.
So she stops trying not to hug the girl, wrappin an arm around her shoulders, making Suu look at her with wide eyes. Oruha smiles.
"Not anymore, you're not. Do you want some chocolate?"
Suu gives her a small, almost not there smile, and she nods.

And the next day of this? Oruha goes to say hello to her Gryffindor boyfriend holding Suu's hand.
Kazuhiko: And who this might be?
Oruha: Our daughter :)
