I do like that Isabel decided to show up and complicate things a little further, too. That should definitely make things more interesting from here on out.

Breccan and Finbar both...don't really handle emotional things that well. Nico's seductive powers don't make things any easier for the two of them, either. Neither does Isabel, who wasn't even a character who appeared in my outline. It's a problem when your past comes back to haunt you, and it's also inconvenient for the author who now has to deal with the character's shitty, shitty choices appearing in Shadow Person form.

I agree with Maris. Nico is showing genuine remorse, and it's hard for me to hate him. Finbar did trip my asshole sensor in this one, so hopefully that makes you happy. Breccan is rivaling Kalen with his cluelessness here. I know he's been through a lot, but dude. Clue bat. Now. Does Maris have one of those?

Maris probably DOES have a magic clue bat somewhere in her Magical House. I want to see Breccan and Kalen interact, though that might cause Cluelessness Critical Mass, haha.
Nico is showing actual remorse, and I can't hate him either. Finbar is annoying me because, while his bitterness is justified, he's still being an ass. Dude, if you want your boyfriend back, you really do need to step it up and act nicer.
