Change is difficult. For all those who don't know, my Mom passed away New Years Eve 2010. It's hard living without her. The most expensive bill I have ever had to pay for one month: $480. Really?! Internet service through a phone company sets you up for failure with lack of communication, and the customer has to pay for it. I am pissed.
