My dad is coming to town!
I'm super stoked, because in less than a week, my dad will be in Seattle for the second time ever. The last time, he was here with his angry (now-ex) wife, and we didn't do a lot of fun things because of her, and the fact that I didn't know what fun things there were going on. I was a kid! Here's where I whine, a lot.
So I got sick in Orlando, as previously mentioned. I spent the week after that at home, in Seattle, still a bit sick and lonely for my boyfriend, who was in Atlanta all week.

So today I gave a presentation. This is not too big of a deal, though I always blush and my voice quavers. I practiced the hour before the presentation in an empty classroom, talking to a chalkboard and a bunch of chairs, trembling and stuttering. This iPhone app is super cool! It's only the second app I've ever paid for (the first was Final Fantasy I) and it's totally worth the $2 -- $1.99 actually. It replicates an old hobby camera (the Hipstamatic) with your iPhone. The effects are fun, and the customization options are pretty cool. I really like it.

I'm still not happy with the tattoo on my ankle
So the tattoo that I had redone once already still vaguely bothers me. I'm thinking some sort of ornate scroll (here or here) might be able to cover up the part that I don't like, as in most of it. I could fill in the stars with black and cover the red with... more black, I guess. Something to make it less ugly!
