I'm still not happy with the tattoo on my ankle

So the tattoo that I had redone once already still vaguely bothers me. I'm thinking some sort of ornate scroll (here or here) might be able to cover up the part that I don't like, as in most of it. I could fill in the stars with black and cover the red with... more black, I guess. Something to make it less ugly!
