Wouldn't you know it - we accepted a bid on our house and not 2 hours after Jason faxed over the forms did we receive another offer. The second offer, wouldn't you know it, is our asking price whereas the first offer is $6,000 less. However, the second offer wants us to pay money toward closing costs whereas the first guy doesn't. Milestone: 7 months 4 weeks
Jillian gave me an early birthday present - she's crawling. She's been on the brink of moving across the floor since Thanksgiving, but she actually crawled across the floor just a bit ago. And of all things to inspire her: one of Sandy's squeaky toys. It's a plastic cheeseburger and Sandy is very bothered by the fact that Jillian can play with ( Read more... ) -

Moving Update
We had an open house on Saturday and three prospective buyers came by. That may seem like a low number, but I'm pretty happy with it. The weather was crappy and the open house was only from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. so odds are these were serious shoppers and not curious neighbors. Let me say that I think that the death of Anna Nicole Smith is a tragic end to such a tragic life. I am curious as to how this will effect her baby and hope that she doesn't enter into the same cycle that her mother had been spinning in much of her life. Doctor Appointment / Pregnancy Dump
I did my glucose test yesterday and it was not as bad as I had anticipated. It tasted like flat orange soda. I thought that it would be thicker or something.
