Baby Passport Question
What all is involved in getting a passport for Jillian? Will I need a photo of her? This seems strange since babies change every week...
I want to go ahead and get the process going on this because we plan to travel out of the country after the first of the year and will most likely take her. Since the whole passport thing is so screwed up, I don't want to take a chance in having it delayed.
