My name is AgentX - HI AGENTX!

Well... I'm seriously torn between sharing my squee/bragging/floofing my geeky feathers and keeping my mouth shut... Squeeing wins, in spite of my embarrassment. I blame eldritchhobbit in any case. :-P

I'm embarrassed that I've spent money on my crack habit when I really don't know where rent money is coming from next month... Behold, my new things:

What? What has she done *now*? )

teacups, wild_wild_west, i_am_insane, big_valley

You are a very wicked woman dear ;P But I will agree they are very pretty. I wouldn't mind having a set myself.

:-) They are so cool! And it never fails to TURN ME ON seeing big, burly cowboys using teacups and lacy napkins. :)))

Me? You blame me? *blinks and tries to look innocent*

Go you. Both the cup and the napkins are beautiful - and very meaningful!

Speaking of eBay being evil, do these look like the artwork is by the same artist who did the WWW opening credits? I'm trying to determine if they are "official" WWW or not. My mother's always looking for authentic vintage genre material to make cool things out of - bags, purses, etc. Especially for her crazy-geek elder daughter. ;) I didn't know what to make of these, though, and thought I'd ask for your opinion.

That does really look like the WWW artist, but I really wouldn't know for sure... If it were WWW merchandise, I would think that the pictures/motifs would be more iconic... The gun is very WWW, but the scenes are so generic. You might email the seller - If it's official merchandise, there might be a tag somewhere that says so. For all my disrespect for collectibles, it does make my blood run a bit cold thinking of your Mom hacking that blanket up though. Ack!

Thanks - good idea!

And sorry for turning your blood cold! ;) Speaking for her, I believe it's in the nature of quilters to see fabric as recyclable. If it's recently made and mass-produced, though, I tend to think it's a neat thing to do, especially when the fabric is too torn/threadbare/stained/otherwise messed up to be used for its original purpose, to create something new and OOAK from it that can be used in a new and productive way. I don't think it's in bad shape in this case here, though. Ah well.

*hugs*
