Donna and Anita adstring_npc November 19 2009, 07:38:10 UTC
Donna sits at her table, smiling, sipping an iced tea. She’s dressed in a conservative blue jacket and skirt set, and is doing her best to look approachable. There’s a blank notepad in front of her, and three pens - blue, black, and red. When approached, her eyes become sharp for a moment as she attaches name and face to the person she’s meeting, and then it’s back to pleasantness. At the same table is Anita Del Pietro. Characters may speak to her separately if they wish, but Donna will hear everything and will at times interject.

Alucard reporting immortalservant November 19 2009, 21:22:38 UTC
Alucard came in, quickly glanced around the room at each of their faces, removed his glasses and took a seat. He'd been expecting diabolical scientists, not a couple questionable soliders and elderlies.

This may turn out productive and interesting afterall.

"Do you wish to start, or shall I?" he asked old woman. One leg crossed over the other, fingers interlaced in his lap.

Donna watched him, studying what she saw before nodding to him. "We're supposed to start, from what the Chairman said, but everyone wants something different. Something some people failed to take into observation."

Her smile changed to being slightly less pleasant. "Why don't you start? And would you like tea as well?"

"Thank you but no, I never drink tea." he chuckled. "My name is Alucard and my first and foremost question is this, why won't or can't you send us home?"

Andrew adstring_npc November 19 2009, 07:38:28 UTC
Andrew Johnson is relaxed. There’s a cup of water sitting beside him, untouched. He’s wearing a wedding ring and a dark brown suit. He’s smiling faintly, and he doesn’t seem worried or stressed at all.

Unohana came closer and nodded in greeting.

"May I sit here, sir ?"

Andrew smiled and gestured to one of the chairs. "Take a seat. It's Unohana, right? Call me Johnson. What can I do for you this evening?"

Unohana sat, and put Minazuki down on the floor next to her chair.

"Explanations would be a good start, sir. I have been here for more than eighteen months, and this is the first time I meet you face to face. This is hardly the way to take responsibility for your mistakes."

Matthew and Greg adstring_npc November 19 2009, 07:38:46 UTC
Matthew and Greg are sitting at their own table. Greg is fiddling with his PCD when someone isn’t talking to them. Matthew is doing Sudoku in a small book. Neither of them seems particularly bothered, though Matthew looks pretty bored.

Oh goodie. Sudoku. She'd played those; failed a lot and gave up in a simple rage, but that's fine. She'll pull up a chair next to the boys, standing behind it before letting herself sit.

"Mind if I join you?"

Matthew looked up, and not quite to her eyes. "I don't mind at--"

Greg coughed, and Matthew looked up the rest of the way. "No, join us," Matthew finished.

Greg put down his PCD. "So you have questions?"

"I have a question." Matthew smirked. "Your pl--" He broke off in a cough when Greg elbowed him, hard.

Half grin. Expected, it's fine. Most boys reactions were the same. Got her a lot of things in life, and she couldn't really feel guilty or ashamed about it.

"Eyes up at all times, boys."

Caroline adstring_npc November 19 2009, 07:39:05 UTC
Caroline is fidgeting. She’s in a blue t-shirt and jeans, and keeps messing with a bracelet on her wrist. It’s obvious she’s nervous and not sure about being here. Her cup of water is mostly gone, she keeps sipping it. She also keeps pushing her hair back behind her ears as it slips forward.

Kanzeon approached the pretty blond girl who looked like she was about to jump out of her skin at any time. Kids were kids no matter the situation, and she had an inling that some people weren't as confident about the situation as the hierarchy obviously was.

"You'll cut your wrist if you keep doing that, sweetcheeks."

Caroline looked up and blushed a brilliant shade of red. She looked back down, trying very hard not to stare at the woman's translucent top. "Yeah, I guess I will."

She stopped spinning the bracelet, still staring at the table. "Was there... was there something you wanted, ma'am?"

"Just getting a feel of the place. I like humans," Kanzeon said with a wink. "They're interesting, and the way they mess up things is always a blast."

The bodhisattva sat down, putting her chin on her hands.

"I just have to wonder what they keep telling you in there to make you believe life is happy and sunshine out there. Hierarchy is the same everywhere, I guess.

Bao adstring_npc November 19 2009, 07:39:23 UTC
Bao Ying is standing off to the side, watching everything. She’s in fatigues, keeping an eye on as many people and conversations as she can. If approached, she’ll talk, but she’s not as talkative as she could be.

Now that was a familiar face. Unohana walked to the Colonel briskly and bowed her head.

"Colonel. It has been a while. I trust you have been well ?"

Bao bowed back.

"It has indeed. Matters inside have required my attention lately, but I'm speaking to the Chairman about working Outside in the future again." She smiled slightly. "Well enough. How are you, Captain Unohana?"

"Ara, as well as I can be, Colonel, given the circusmtances."

Unohana looked around the room. The discussions were civilized for now, but she was still keeping a watchful eye for any disturbances.

"I am sure most of us would work with you again with pleasure."
