Back on the Wagon
Last Sunday I upgraded my Lifetime Fitness membership from the bronze level to the platinum level, thus allowing me to participate in (and pay additional money for) Lifetime's tennis drills and in-house leagues. I'm hoping that this will encourage me to work out more by playing tennis, even if my wallet does take a hit ( Read more... ) -

MN State Fair Gluttony
I'm unemployed. I have nothing better to do than look at State Fair videos on You Tube. This one I just found was absolutely hilarious! Not only does it have Weird Al's "Eat It" as a soundtrack, but it has a tap interlude! I'm Not There
I just finished watching I'm Not There, otherwise known as the Bob Dylan movie. At two hours and 15 minutes, it's quite a ride. Six actors portray six different personas of Bob Dylan. After 124k miles...
...the little Echo finally had to go to the shop. Which, considering that I bought the Echo at around 40k miles in 2003, I think is pretty good! I have had the serpentine belt replaced, gone through numerous air filters, and I'm on my second set of tires and brakes. Other than that I've never had a problem with my perfect little car! After a short hiatus from watching more movies than nearly humanly possible, I have returned. I got on a Netflix kick about a month ago. Yesterday I saw The Wackness and today I went to see Batman.
