I couple of weeks ago I was heading back to BART along side a coworker and we ran into a woman with an extremely cute and happy Golden Retriever puppy. Bread No-Knead Bread
NYTimes.com published an interesting article about a No-Knead Bread recipe a while back. It was something I meant to try but never got around to. Well Cook's Illustrated got ahold of the recipe and effectively said "interesting (*cough* amateurs), but we think there's room for improvement".
