NYTimes.com published an interesting article about a
No-Knead Bread recipe a while back. It was something I meant to try but never got around to. Well Cook's Illustrated got ahold of the recipe and effectively said "interesting (*cough* amateurs), but we think there's room for improvement".
Their video podcast pushed me over the edge and I made their recipe the weekend before last and it was amazing and very well received. Easy too. I *highly* recommend that the culinarily inclined/foodies among you to give it a try.
