Puppies & Dogs
I couple of weeks ago I was heading back to BART along side a coworker and we ran into a woman with an extremely cute and happy Golden Retriever puppy. I keep thinking about it and it occurred to me that I can actually own a dog now, if I wanted. While this is not something that will happen in the near future, I am seriously considering it. I'm still working out in my head if I'm willing to make the commitment, particularly since I could be called off at a moment's notice for search & rescue, but also I like the freedom to just get up and go someplace without the need to come home. So I'm going ponder some more. But if it happens, the two breeds I am considering are Labrador and Golden Retrievers.
