As I write this today, there isn't a lot of positive in the world. But ultimately, this virus will go away and the economy will rebound. It might not be for a while, but it will and life will return to normal. I feel for everyone during this hardship, but we will all get through this!

Problems with being close-knit.
One of the biggest issues with the furry fandom is that it IS so close knit. It's not anyone's fault, it's just the nature of fandoms that are brought together by a very specific theme or trait. Owning a house - good investment? My views.
Owning a house is always been a push that the USA has done for decades. Part of it was to expand the market. In 2008, it was apparent that the banking industry was way over-leveraged; giving people loans for up to 105% of the value of their house.
