So, today is day one of my fast.  I`m cleansing my body, no food.  I`ve had two cups of coffee in the past 24 hours, no food.  I wanted to pig out all day, until I chugged the coffee.  & It feels great, really.  Coffee keeps me going & it makes me feel full.  =)  I`m going to go until at least Thursday.  I wish I could go until Friday night, but ( Read more... )
