by december 1st i'm going to be 106lbs.

i've decided. that's plenty of time, considering i'm 116lb now and it's september 29th, and for the next 2 weeks i will be consuming only liquid because of my messed up nose.

totally doable.

hot body here i come!

i'm so excited! i figured out a way to replace my blackberry! yesss! this means i will have my beloved blackberry messenger back in like a week and a half! i cannot wait. i've missed being in constant contact with my best friends. now if only my boyfriend would get a blackberry things would be even better ( Read more... )

plan for tomorrow:

b: fiber 1 cereal with skim milk

then take a nice hot bath and go to bed for pretty much the whole day

wake up and have a protein smoothie, go to the gym and then head to work... if i get hungry toast with almond butter at work.

that should be all.

just wanted to write it down so i remember and actually follow the plan.

so somehow i've gone down 2 sizes in pants. i don't know how... i'm assuming through exercise? but i'm thrilled. it's such a good feeling to get into a change room with you usual size and have it falling off you. and i finally bought a pair of light wash ripped jeans i've been looking for for at least a year ( Read more... )

yep, pretty sure i found the dress for the boyfriend's birthday. it looks perfect, loose fitting on top, tight on the bottom and shows off my muscle tone in my legs from running and will look fab with my heels. leet's just hope it is perfect when i try it on on monday!
