Did some culling of the f-list today. Mostly people I don't know IRL and have stopped updating, or who only update in tweets (a peeve of mine).
I can't even remember the last locked post I made, so you're not missing much. -
Cooley - Greenore 8-year Single Grain
Kudos to Cooley Distillery for shaking up the Irish whiskey industry.
After my folks brought home a custom-labeled bottle of Bushmills, I've started sampling some Irish whisky (I still need to post the Bushmills 10 notes and work up the courage to open the 12).
This is supposedly the only all-corn Irish whiskey on the market.

Pulling Samples from the Labor Day batches
Tonight I pulled samples from the three batches I brewed this past Labor Day weekend. I am really pleased with how all three are coming along... It's going to be a sopping wet autumn!
