WILDFLOWER MEAD
I'm still not too wild about the wildflower mead, but it's been in the carboy for fifteen months and is done done done. I didn't even take a hydrometer reading before bottling. Meh. Lazy brewer is lazy.
Final Yield =
5 magnums for parties
5 1L flip-tops for drinking
4 half-bottles for future sampling
1 half-bottle for Kim to sample
1 500ml flip-top for Mom to sample
1 500ml flip-top for drinking at 3rd Sunday tomorrow
CLOVER MEAD
This stuff didn't come out half bad. Hard to believe it's been in the carboy almost a year and a half...
Final Specific Gravity is 1.100, which puts it at a nice 10.6% alc/vol.

8 standard wine bottles
2 "pretty" half-bottles for gifts
1 half-bottle for Kim to sample
3 500ml flip-tops (one for Mom, one for tomorrow, and one for ?)
1 1L flip-top
