from 5th Jan - 12th Feb 2468 diet, was going to only do 4 weeks but have had to extend it as I have commitments. Weight loss: 25lbs
13h Feb - 23th feb - fast, thinking the master cleanse but who knows..... weight loss: 15lbs
23rd - 2nd March take time off work, get back onto solids and eat raw food.  weight loss 10lbs

So I've lost like 8lbs but all weekend I've been eating like a pig!  Work has really taken it out of me and got me all hungry and then I decided to stay and have a drink after work then it all kicked off and there was a big brawl the police came and everything. So I said I'd start my diet on monday but I have to put it off.... GRRRR I want all or nothing! Going to write out what I'm eating each day cos I'm going food shopping on Monday.... so I'll have everything prepared and no distractions....

I haven't eaten since 1pm and I don't feel hungry....  Lets hope it lasts!

Although I ate the better part of a large dominos pizza... going to start my diet again on monday until then I'm just going to be sensible!

Feeling oh so optimistic... I've found my motivation!

Ok I quit my job; I don't need to find another one cos my better half is going to support me over Christmas and New Year... I swear to GOD that I will make it up to him next year! I think he's my saviour; I'd have gone off the edge a long time ago without him!
