So I said I'd start my diet on monday but I have to put it off.... GRRRR I want all or nothing! Going to write out what I'm eating each day cos I'm going food shopping on Monday.... so I'll have everything prepared and no distractions....

My weight is not what it should be. My goal is to lose 20lbs by the end of 4 weeks... it's going to be hard but can't wait to get started... Joining in?

see I work from 5:30 am to 7:00 pm -- a 14.5 day. and I want terribly to make it through the day without eating anything.
granted, I'm cheating right now. I'm snacking on sunflower seeds.
it used to be easier to not eat. it was easier when I didn't care about my weight. but now that I do, it's so difficult.
sorry. I didn't mean for this to be so long. I'm jsut really on the fritz right now. I'm weak, breaking down. and I'm doing all this while at work. this is not good.
so yeah. that's enough for now.

Why do you work so long? I used to work 12 hour shifts but it was to much. Can't you take a week off work and straighten yourself out?
You need to learn about your cravings and find alternatives and stuff then you don't have to give in to your body if you get what I mean... see I'm ranting now! :-)
I'm off to bed now it's 1am and as I said got an interview tomorrow...
