So I had my 400 day, it was difficult again trying to get it all right... I love the planning it all though and cooking dinner for everyone else and resisting......
toast - 48
egg - 78
sausage - 48
6 beans + 4 blackberries 10cal
beans/peas - 10
Fish - 61
Sauce - 87
342 - hmmm I didn't realise I'd fallen so short I was planning more to eat but fell asleep pretty early. I also had to struggle to get dinner down as it was soooo disgusting I nearly left half of it but didn't know how to work out the cal so it made me less anxious to eat it.
There is so much I can eat today with 600 cal, I'm going to plan it a bit better cos I did really bad yesterday. I've been up about an hour and all I've had is water... I feel pretty sick! Gonna go raid the cupboards!
