Whoa jeez. Some psycho soccer mom verbally bitch slapped me at work today. I supposedly didn't make her Low Cal Soy Extra Pump Double Shot Caramel Macchiato the way she liked, and according to our new policy means that she can hound me into making it over and over again until she's satisfied.

She's lucky I'm nice to my elders, and that I'd get ( Read more... )

Is it too hard for you Americans to just appreciate straight, black coffee? Why does everything have to be two-pump chocolate, double-whip, non-fat milk, skinny vanilla? ...with sprinkles.

: screened : Sounds good to me... I just have to find a way to get rid of my little sister... what would you like to do? : /screened :

... Because it tastes better...? Heh, don't knock sprinkles though~
I don't mind drinking it black, it's better then tea at least... but I'm all over having my coffee with at LEAST sugar and milk if I can.

I dunno... Hang out in the park? The weather is probably going to start sucking soon, especially with it being "the year without summer."

That's a weird policy. They just let them steal and leave without reacting? How strange. I thought theft was frowned upon.

I should come by soon.... I love the way you make hot chocolate.

I could whip out the rule book for you, but I lost mine a few months back. Basically the workers with more hours tell us to leave it alone whenever we see someone making off with something from the rack in front of the counter. It's so frustrating, because I know I can catch them, and they seem to get satisfaction with doing something wrong like that. It's not fair to society that they get their few minutes of adrenaline and bragging rights after ripping off a company and other, decent customers.

Hey, you should! Just not during the rush periods! It's like a zoo in Starbucks during certain hours of the day.

But that's just stupid! What kind of boss do you have? O.o

Yeah. I'll come by when I see the least amount of people in there. I have Thursdays off from school, so maybe then.

That's actually Starbucks policy. I'll give you the exact rule once I remember it...

Thursday after the lunch rush and right before the after school/after work rush is the best time!

Why does everything at your store sound like some strange sort of disease?

Is that... normal?

"A disease"? ...you know, it kind of does.

Yao, my friend, it's American... anything is normal in America.

Your other job sounds like it totally sucks and ya know, just so we're clear on this...if someone ever like, tried to steal a pony you know I'd like, fire you if you didn't pursue them, right?

I'd chase after them on Glory like something out of an Ol' Western movie. Don't worry!

There is nothing of note at the Myrtles House. It is your imagination.

I don't think so! I mean, have you seen that place? It's something right out of a horror movie, I swear. One of those things were you're just like: "Who would be dumb enough to go in that place?!"

Now you are being ridiculous.
