So, today back on the road. And, as you might have guessed, tried my first recipe at making a Tofu Turkey, instead of buying a Tofurky. Can't do the latter any more due to gluten issues. Holy jeez. Tonight I just baked a chocolate/espresso cheesecake, a butterscotch pie, and a cherry pie. This to go on top of the two vegan pumpkin pies I did three nights ago.
