Or, lessons learned in baking peanut butter cookies.

Found a nice recipe which, oddly doesn't use flour. I guess that's a more traditional way to make them? Anyway, tried it out, and I'm getting more cookie crumbs than actual cookies.

I'm wondering since I used egg replacer powder instead of actual eggs maybe the next batch I should use bona fide eggs to hold them together better. One thing I did learn in the second tray going into the oven is to smoosh them only slightly with a fork, so they stay thicker. They do seem to hold better somewhat that way.

Any more down the throat and I am gonna be sick. But gods, they're good!
