I feel like I should open a bakery.
Holy jeez. Tonight I just baked a chocolate/espresso cheesecake, a butterscotch pie, and a cherry pie. This to go on top of the two vegan pumpkin pies I did three nights ago. At least most of the baking will be farking DONE for tomorrow, er later today now. Bleah. I am proud to say the butterscotch pie turned out MUCH better this year than the last time, when the filling was still liquid, so it was a butterscotch soup pie. Even the merengue looks pretty damn good if I do say so myself. So yay! Now there's still a buttload of cooking left to do.
And I need to catch up on updating the dream journal here as well. I have it on paper, just need to transfer it over.
