Just no. I can't take it anymore.

Why the hell haven't I written shit lately?  I've got a million and one ideas going, a quarter of my Pepperony 100 story to finish, and yet I've barely opened Microsoft Word!  What is wrong with me??!!!!!?!  Is life angst and uncertainty tazering my muse and sending dogs after all the plot bunnies?
