SO it's winter break, which is pretty frickin' awesome. The ACC concerts went really well, especially the last one at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish. That place has WONDERFUL acoustics and could make anyone sound good...but more importantly, the kids finally got it together by then. Yesterday morning, Emily and I started working on clearing out my Dad's bedroom. We took all of the clothes out of his dresser and almost everything out of his closet. Today I walked from my medical clinic to my house, via the mall. On the way, I enjoyed the sights, sounds, and smells of Spring: the splash of cars driving through melted snow, the musty smell of thawed poo (kinda gross, but still makes me feel happy), the dirty slushiness all around.
