Wednesday night's dinner was a big hit! I made my version of Jack Daniels BBQ/marinade and slathered it over some nice bone in rib eye steaks. Made mashed potatoes and stirred in some sour cream. Kevin's had a craving for "real" mashed potatoes lately.
