Woke up with a head cold today - phooey - and elected to spend the day at a nearby cafe, soaking up just that bit of Barcelona while getting some writing done and figuring out how to ask for a decongestant in Spanish. Now drugged and back home, before diving into a bit more writing, though I'd do the latest meme making the rounds:

After a couple of whirlwind work days, I am now at liberty in Barcelona; my apartment here is in a wonderful part of town, near the seashore and the Barri Gotic, so I am looking forward to doing some exploring.
