Week 2.

Early in the week I tried a Thai Rice Pilaf recipe. It was a really easy recipe and so somehow feel like I cheated and didn't really felt like I had cooked a new recipe haha.

Did not really like the final product. Thai flavours yes, but somehow didn't enjoy it. So, this will not be a recipe I will do ever again.

I got cantering!!!!!

Hahaha, been working on the sitting trot which I still suck at.

During the last lesson about a month plus ago, I tried cantering, but always pulled the reins short and end up confusing poor horsey. There was but once, when I gave him the right signals but too late and we were at the end of the arena and horsey only ( Read more... )
